Lets spice up our life with something different to eat.. I'm sure everyone knows what kue tiaw kung fu is.. It's my favorite, and I've been craving for it for the last few weeks... So last weekend I went to Asian Shop to look for all the ingredients...
This is the only Kue Tiaw available.. As hard as 'kayu' hehe
Kekayuan nye sungguh terserlah...
Kena masak dulu macam tu.. banyak sikit la kerje nye..
Ingredients for tumis and the vegetables needed.. There shuld be brokoli as well as cauliflower, but I forgot to buy them..
Macam ni la rupa Kue Tiaw nye selepas di masak, x oily macam yg kat M'sia..
Celup Kue Tiaw dalam telur yg dipukul, add sket garam..
Then, goreng dalam minyak yg memang betul2 panas.. kalau bole kuali tu dah berasap, baru telur tu garing, 'krup krup' je bile kita kunyah.. hehe
Goreng sampai garing, baru angkat..
Close up...
Tumis bawang putih sahaja, bout 3 biji and cili api..
Bila dah garing, masukkan ayam... bile ayam dah masak baru masukkan sotong and carrot..
Masukkan sikit je sos tiram..
Add in tomatoes..
Add in water..
Lastly, masukkan 3 biji telur... mix...
Allow to boil..
That's it! Simple kan..?
Afeef cakap "sehr lecker!" (dat means very tasty!) hehe..

hehe di persilakan.. cuba jgn x cuba.. sy ni dari ke hari nak cuba resipi apam beras hajar tp lupe memanjang nak beli yeast.. makcik ni dah tua sgt la, asyik lupeeee jeee..
