A HaPpY CiRcLE In LiFe (",)

It's been a while since my last update, dunno why, I was always  sooooo not in the mood to write...
As usual there were many many many stories to tell, but, they were left untold.... But then again, not everything we did, or happened in ourlives were meant to be shared...

But one thing worth sharing here, is about my Usrah group...

What I wanna share is not about the usrah itself, or who's the member, or what our activities were when we get together, but... My attitude towards it...

This Usrah group started about 2 years ago, just me and one friend, she lives quite far from my place.. We started just the two of us, and we started doing it online through Skype..

As time went on, the members of the gropup increased from two, to three, four, and by now, it has grown quite huge with about 8 members.. InsyaAllah, there'll be more later :)
We met regularly online, we kept reminding each other of our purposes in life, and after each session, I would feel more content, refreshed and....... Complete...

But, there was one turning point where I felt so wrong, so not in the mood for this usrah thingy where I just felt like quitting..  I was so close to doing so, sooooo close, and perhaps if I did, that would be one of the biggest mistake I've ever made and the stupidest thing I've ever done my whole life...
Really....

Thankfully, when I was in this state of confusion, hubby kept guiding me, and kept telling me, no matter what my reasons were to quit usrah, just don't quit...
Yeah, it worked a few times, but not always..... From time to time, I still felt wrong at heart...

But, thankfully again, when I was in UK about two months back, a friend who was also our usrah group member sent me a very very beautiful article, heart whelming, and just what I really needed at that time... It was basically about usrah, and how the Author revealed her own experiences relating Usrah, how at one point she also wanted to quit, and how she felt that she benefits nothing from Usrah, and how wrong she felt about the whole thing... Oh my, exactly like how I felt at that moment!!

But, as she was telling her stories, I didn't quite feel anything until the last part, when she wrote bout how she realized what she was about to do was totally wrong and that she mentioned specifically that, if we ever felt like quitting or not joining usrah when we had the chance, we were actually falling into the Jahilliyah trap or chain, or whatever you wanna call it...
Oh ya Allah!! I remember gasping at that...

".......Falling into the Jahilliyyah trap......"

Tears started welling up in my eyes, at the thought of how I got carried away until I never realized what  had happened, and another thought hit me, about how hubby, friends, sister and my mom tried to help me, not letting me fall or not letting me fall further into this trap by giving me advices, but nothing seemed to really worked, because, it was me, it was all me... It was my sick heart...

Yes... Every single thing happens for a reason, every single thing that had happened there's something to learn, every single people we meet in our lives has his or her own significance.. No matter how good or bad, we should always be thankful for their existence in our life even if one relationship ended up ruefully....
Some people I met here changed my life tremendously, and I believed I've changed some other people's life too, and I hope in a positive way...
So, my being in UK had a huge impact in my life too and a huge turning point too regarding Usrah particularly...
How??

My sister and her family live in a neighborhood surrounded by many Malaysian families, I even had the chance to meet some of them while I was there, and they had these arrangements of Usrah where they took turns which house should the Usrah being held each week. My 2nd week there, they were supposed to have one usrah session at a nearby friend's house. And my sister, who'd just gave birth to her 2nd child and still in confinement period, planned to attend it and even asked me and my mom to come along.. She even planned to bring her baby along...
I was already a lil bit amazed by her courage but not until she told me exactly one day before the Usrah was due, that unfortunately the 'naqibah' could not make it and that other members of the group planned to just cancel the usrah session for that week...
But, to my amazement, my sister refused to cancel it, and she volunteered to be the 'naqibah', and I watched her study and read something from a book at about midnight with her baby by her side, sometimes my sister had to cuddle her and breastfeed her, but still she reads...
Oh my, that was the huge turning point for me... How determined, how she refused to give up so easily even for one Usrah session...
Not only that she has strong reasons to cancel the Usrah, the absent 'naqibah', her being in confinement period, but she tried hard not to cancel it..
But me??????!!!!
I wanted to quit usrah for reasons I wasn't sure what they were, let alone fight for it?? Haaaaahhhh..
I've never felt so humiliated my whole life.. Not to anyone, but to myself particularly and of course to Allah SWT....
But, I knew, things happened for a reason... Two weeks in UK changed my attitude towards Usrah entirely, apart from the wonderful times with the loved ones :)
Seeing the Ukhwah between them, I realized I'm given the chance, eventhough I didn't get to meet my usrah group member so often, (we meet online regularly) but once we get together it was among the best moment in Deutschland... Something worth remembering my whole life insyaAllah..
Like over two weeks ago, we met again for a little picnics and bbq, and chit chatting and games!! ;)
It was great...

Ahah, game time!! This is our envelope that contains questions, it's a game we played in pair, each group consists of husband and wife haha..
Cool and Nice (",)

A little picnic too... hehe..
There's Sushi, Satay, Kerabu rice, fried bihun, BBQ meat, chicken, squid, prawns, etc etc...
Yummy yummy..

Things didn't just stop there... More realizations hit me... Like a clogged pipe suddenly cleared from blockage, and water started flowing in, that was how everything started flowing in my head...
I realized how special these friends I have, how kind, how they appreciate me.. How some of them noticed that I kind of dictance myself away from the whole Usrah thing, but still they never left me out, they kept persuading me in their own way, still gave me a chance and space whenever I needed it...
And most importantly, I noticed how forgiving each member of this Usrah group..

Non of us are perfect, I guess theres something lacking in our usrah group at some point last time that made me decided to quit, but... If we wait for things to be perfect, then I guess we're never gonna get anywhere.. We have to be the one to help make it perfect, fix the problems, and work together instead of just chose to leave.. Like the saying goes,
"Don't wait for a perfect moment, but take the moment and make it perfect... "
Yeah... I guess I learnt my lessons, alhamdulillah... ;)

Alhamdulillah..... alhamdulillah... alhamdulillah... alhamdulillah...

I feel so good nowadays, and I did wonder, what would my life be like if I really quitted?
Miserable I guess haha..
Wouldn't I be??

Abu Hurairah and Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) said, "When a group of people assemble for the remembrance of Allah, the angels surround them (with their wings), (Allah's) mercy envelops them, Sakinah, or tranquillity descends upon them and Allah makes a mention of them before those who are near Him.''

Right?
Even if life's not miserable, my heart would be empty....
And... what a waste to miss all the things shared during each Usrah session..

So, never ever doubt the benefits of any assembly made for the remembrance of Allah...
NEVER!!
If you encounter problems, try to fix it, not run away!

Lastly, I played a song specially for my Usrah group members...
And it's also meant for my mom, hubby and sister, who have always guided me through whenever I seemed to have lost my way and direction... :')
Thank You...

So here it is,
~~~~~ Sebuah Pertemuan~~~~~
~~USRAH~~~
 Bulatan gembira, bukan untuk mereka yang alim2 dan bertudung labuh sahaja, ia untuk semua...
~~~Wardina~~~

Ps: Sorry for any mistakes in my writing... My English isn't perfect, but I'm trying my best... (",)

Rotten Stories ~~Bowling with Lily & Victor (",)

Salam...
Last year, there was this period where I opened my blog only for invited readers, that time Spring had just started if I'm not mistaken.
But, I had never really updated this blog during that period, because.... you know... I just lost the desire to write...
So, there's lots and lots of stories left unwritten.. like the days we spent with Florian's family, our Summer trip, Aidilfitri 2012, our first time organizing kenduri arwah here, my mom's visit, my sister's visit and many2 more!!
Sooooo rugi, because this blog is like a diary to me, and someday (kalau dipanjangkan umur) we might want to read this again, reminisce about it again, and most importantly, someday my children might want to read it too, things from my heart, things we did together when they were young, and they couldn't remember them..
I know, a picture is worth a thousand words, so we don't need writings actually because we have many photos together!
But, nothing can ever replace words that comes from the heart....

So, back to the topic...
Recently, a friend asked about our last year's Summer trip and one of the country we had visited, Switzerland..
So, As I was explaining to my friend about our trip, I found myself thinking hard on which one came first, this or that?
Oh my! I've forgotten some events???!!!
And as I was browsing the photos again to determine the sequence of events, I found many many more photos, events from last Spring, last Summer and last Autumn....
Ooooooohhhh.. So I decided to just share them here on this blog even though those stories were all rotten hehe..

So the first one is....

About end of Spring last year, we went bowling together with Lily, Victor and Florian...
Mike couldn't join us, I think he had to work.. Mmmm.. Not so sure of the reason actually, mmmmmm nampak tu dah lupe pun hehe..
Pic above: the talented Fatini (",)

And the 'let me do it my way' Afeef... (",)
I think I took Florian's photo too, but I couldn't find the photo..
Nevertheless, they all enjoyed bowling so much!
Maybe we'll go bowling together again, insyaAllah (",)

The results, I think hubby was 1st, and I couldn't recall who's 2nd, 3rd, but one thing for sure, Fatini scored more than me hahaaha!!

Afterwards, we invited them over for Bihun Tomyam, Tiramisu and cups and cups of coffee at our place...
mmmmmmm I don't have any photos of that, because I didn't take any, thank God I still remember all of it! (",)
So we chatted, and also this same day Victor gave me some advices on Gastritis and he did a little therapy on me, hubby took a photo of that haha, but I'm not gonna share that photo! It's private!
Nevertheless, I'm thankful to experience a therapy and receive advices from a Physiotherapist for free..
I wonder how much that would cost... huhu
A few days after that, they bought a special Tea for me, a natural treatment and a specialized Tea for Gastritis, I was utterly touched by their kindness... (",)

The next meet-up session after this one, was during Summer last year, they invited us over to their place, and we did some family things together, I'll write about it tomorrow insyaAllah...

Since Winter started, we've had no get together sessions with them, but Afeef still meets Florian regularly twice a week during Karate.

And we did get together with Mike once in a while...

This was a few weeks ago...
mmmmmmm... does this means my kids cakap orang puteh??? hehehe..

Anyway, Mike has a girlfriend now, so he's busy dating, which explains why Aleena is not in this photo?

Till tomorrow, Salam...

Just Once.. (",)

Salam...

Just wanna share my latest Piano Cover...
I tried this 2 days ago after a friend gave me a link to this song on Facebook, coincidently I love the song too..

Lovely sangat2, harmonic, soothing, no wonder lah cik hajar angau kan lagu ni hehehe!

And after I listened to it over and over again to detect the keys and chords, I started to feel 'angau' myself hahaha!

Ok, ok... anyway, sorry cik hajar, I main half je, mula2 dengar rasa cam senang nak main, tapi sebenarnye agak susah jugak, 2 hari baru dapat takat ni, part bridge still x dapat completekan, I need more time, InsyaAllah I buat video yg complete nye nanti (",)
Buat masa ni, aktiviti piano berhenti seketika untuk project lain ngeh ngeh..

Specially for you, tak sehebat macam dalam link you kasi tu plus ade mistakes sket2, tapi this is my version, my own interpretation of the music hehehe.....
Hope you like it!

Day 7~~~~ Something New...

Salam...
I don't have anything new to share, mmmmmmm wait,
I do have something new, but that's not what's worth to be shared...
What's worth is, something that makes me feel new..
Actually someone, a friend who makes me feel brand new and truly blessed..
Someone who's always there when I needed a friend, who see the beauty in me despite all my weaknesses, and someone who just make my day brand new by saying
"Thank You for being my friend..."

To Siti Hajar, a friend who makes me feel new and alive..
Thank you for being my friend too (",)

A real friend is someone who's always true to you, keep your secrets no matter what, someone who's happy when you are happy and sad when you are sad, and despite all your weaknesses, she'd still accept you and love you for who you are,  and gives you advice not on what you wanna hear but what is right, because she wants you to do the right thing, and she wants to enter Jannah with you..
InsyaAllah sahabat fiddunya wal akhirah (",)

This song, a new video from me, specially for you,
Siti Hajar....
(jugak merangkap reader dan pemberi komen setia di blog ni hehe)

Because I Miss You ~~~ OST Heartstrings~~~

Ps/ Hajar:  sori for tiny tiny mistakes hehe.. Baru hari ni fikir lagu ape nak main untuk you, and baru carik notes, record, buat video etc etc...
Hope You Like It (",)

Always in my Heart...

A picture worth a few words...

1~~ Hang out with friends.
2~~ Everyone is totally engrossed in a conversation that no one seemed to notice the camera.
3~~ Aleena is damn bored... heheheh.. and a bit left out at a corner there :)

More words??
Yeah, the food was great!!

Friends come and go, but only true friends will leave footprints in our hearts..

And so will those people we love, those people who are very very special, they'll leave permanent footprints...
I play this song again, this time with an intro and also a better tempo and I dedicate this to all special people in my life,
You know who you are... (",)

When I play this song, I have this warm feeling inside ***sigh****

Enjoy!!

Paintings, Friends, etc etc haha..

Mmmmmmmm.... It's been quite sometimes since I've last updated about my paintings. This one below is the latest which I've painted a few months ago. Then I've stopped painting temporarily because I dun know where else should I hang them? The house looks all flowery already, Lily had once said;
"Ahhhhhh Fruhling!!!", when she entered the house haha..
That means 'Spring' in English...

Ok, so what do you think?
I've got a few fans for this painting, some even asked me to start selling my paintings online haha.. Very funny..
This particular painting however, was soooooo much adored by my mother, she'd even seriously thinking about taking it home with her..
Dun worry mom, I'll make another one for u, with a special touch :D
And not just that, it is also used as a background for a photo shoot, during Eid celebration and a few more events which I couldn't locate where have I stored those photos.

Maybe I should start a photography sessions or something with my painting as a background (yeah right, in my dream... Hehehe)

Ok, another huge fan of my paintings is of course, Mike.. Hahaha.. He's also into this painting, mmmmmmm or maybe he's just trying to be nice :D

So he was here last Sunday, and had lunch with us and another new Malaysian friend here. And this morning, again he and hubby headed for the Base, I guess checking things out, and I'm here at home wanting to share something with you guys...

When Mike was here, and as always when we meet, there's always something we've learnt from this knowledgeable guy.

Last week, he talked a lil bit bout the US army base to our new Malaysian friend here, bout things inside there, how cheap were the stuffs there..
But something he said that day, made me think, really really think, like I've just been slapped..!
Ouch!

He said, though things are cheap in there, because they were free from tax, it is ILLEGAL, that's the word, 'ILLEGAL' for anyone to sneak them out and make money out of it!
Of course it's illegal, those are the special rights for all US armies here, and it is not meant for anyone to make a profit out of it!!!!!!!
And the thing is, how come I've never realized this before? I was so close to asking him why didn't he make profit from this? I've always thought, what a waste? He had all the opportunity, and I have so many Malaysian friends who are soooooo into Corelle!

Now I know why, why he never seemed the least interested, because it's 'ILLEGAL'...
And I feel a stab of shame, how could I even think about it? I'm a Muslim and he's not, and he has more moral values than me...
Thank God I've never voiced it out to him before about this 'Business' idea... Huhu..
Though it seems like a small matter, but...

"Walau sebesar zarah skali pun pasti akan menerima balasan...."

And it's true..... "Kefakiran menghampirkan kita dengan kekufuran....."

I think, Mike will be the closest to a perfect Muslim if he is a Muslim, and I hope he receives the hidayah someday...

By the way, my mom had met him as well when she was here, and I heard her say,
"You are a nice man! "

:D

By the way, that whole roasted chicken in a green cover pyrex is specially made by hubby for him hehehe...

Ok, lastly, Lesson I've learnt, we as a Muslim, shouldn't take something so lightly, shouldn't act so indifferent when dealing with anything....
Shouldn't be so ignorant... *sigh*

Aleena's 2nd Birthday Party :)

Last Wednesday 28/Mac was Aleena's birthday and as mentioned in my previos post, we were to celebrate it on Saturday with some close friends..
So, this is the story of Aleena's 2nd Birthday...

This is the cake, this time I've made a simple vanilla cake hehe...
I even forgot to buy the candles hahaha..
She's only 2 years old, no request for any special cake unlike Afeef who'd requested for a Spongebob cake for his next birthday and Fatini requested for a mermaid cake for her next birthday...
Haih, macam2...
Wait till Aleena is a bit older, what kind of a cake wuld she request for??? huhu..
And I'm gonna have to rack my brain at each of their Birthdays hehe..

So, table is set, what I've cooked for the day...
Mee goreng mamak, apam beras and bread with sosej and chicken curry fillings (not in this photo sbb tengah masak dlm oven hehe)

Overall, I've received compliments for all dishes heheh.. (mode bangga )

And, lets see who came to our little party :)
Mike was the first to arrived, he even brought a nice present for Aleena, of coz la kan, diorang kan kamceng haha..
See, that blue wrapped box with a teddy bear's nose poking from it was a gift from Mike.. nicely wrapped, so sweet :)

And.... adegan yang tak sanggup di lihat hahaha..
Sesi gedik2 Aleena with Mike :D

Dan lagi hehe... tak tahan, dok atas riba Mike lagi ok, and Mike had to eat with Aleena on his lap!!!
And he didn't mind a bit... He seemed to enjoy it :D

And also Lily and Victor arrived shortly after Mike, this was their first time meeting each other, they were suppose to meet each other at Fatini's birthday last time, but Mike couldn't make it on time because he had to work, and this time he made it, even though Mike's Deutsch isn't so good just yet, but he gets along so well with Lily and Victor. :)
In fact, he'd even looked forward to meet someone who he can practice his Deutsch with..
So, there you go Mike, amazed with his ability to speak and he'd only learn Deutsch by himself :)

So just imagine, an American, a Deutsche and a Malaysian when they get together hehe..
There was a mixture of English, Deutsch and Malaysisch hehe...
Victor even suggested that we get together every weekend, and spend half an hour speaking in English and half an hour speaking in Deutsch hehe...
Great idea!!!

Victor and Mike are so full of sense of humor, Oh my, we had a great laugh!!!!

And......
Cake time :)
Look at Aleena, she's actually looking at Mike.. haha.. Can't take my eyes off you??? hehe

Happy Birthday my Dear Girl :)

And.. mmmm.. not just yet the time to open presents!!!!!!
We were supposed to have a session for this, but they just couldn't wait hehe.. while parents were still busy chatting, they quietly unwrapped one present, the one's from Mike..
I guess that visible nose just got them attracted to it hehe..
I heven't even snapped any photos of all presents..

So here it is, all three presents..
That only gift left fully wrapped was from Lily and Victor :)
That huge box with a baby doll and a stroller was from us :)

Look at this, they were fighting each other over this little stroller and a baby doll..
Oh my...
Fatini, Fatini, last time she didn't even let Aleena touched her Birthday present!! But, when Aleena's turn came, suddenly everything had to be shared... ***sigh***

They were so busy fighting that they forgot one present was still left unopened...

And...

Oh my Oh my...
I got a shock seeing this !!!
Fatini was soooo excited, jumping up and down..
Wanna know why???
We've been wanting to buy this doll for her, she has been wanting it so badly too, it's the latest product from Baby Alive, the commercial was all over the TV, so she had been asking for it, and I told her, she can have it, only after she learnt to go the toilet herself, learnt to put things back in order after she'd used it, and a few other conditions, and she has been working on all these conditions and almost 90% succeeded, and two days before the Birthday party I was already surveying and comparing the best prices for this doll and was so close to buy it...
And look.. there it is...
Ini la nama nya rezeki :)
Sungguh2 la rezeki Fatini, even though the gift was meant for Aleena, but it so happen that she didn't have so much interest for it, (that's because she loves the one's from Mike haha)
So the Baby doll belongs to Fatini haha..

Well, this is me explaining to Lily how badly Fatini wanted this doll :)

mmmmm... This is all there is for this Birthday story...
Overall, it was a great great day...
I know I've said this many times, but last Saturday was also one of the best wekend in Deutschland..
We had so much fun, great laughs, precious, memorable and unforgettable moments...
I know, I'll definitely miss all these someday...
The thought of going back to Malaysia and leave all these wonderful friends makes my eyes water..
On the day for us to leave later, I know I'll definitely cry..
I'll miss them and Deutschland too..
Though I beieve that perhaps everything wont end there, they would visit us in Malaysia, but, it's not gonna be the same and not gonna be as much as we are seeing each other now...
Well, what can I do, friends come and go...
We meet and we part..
That's part of life,
And...
Life's like that....

Ps: There's more to come, insyaAllah.... We have planned for so many activities together at different places and this time around, Mike is gonna join us too...

Sunday's story, Gartenschau again, with golfing activities and sun bathing hehe, that'll in my next post :)
Till later...
:)

Awesome wekend :)

Ok, this is another story for this past wekend, Mike came over again for a lunch at our place..
And...

Tengok la sape yg mengade2 lagi hehehe...
Mama tengok pun tak tahaaaannnn ok..

Amboi amboi, with me, she'd always always insisted on feeding herself, but with Mike..??
Where have all this 'I'll do everything myself' attitude gone to?????
This is completely Double standards !!!
Oh, ngade2 sungguh... hehehehehe!!!

And also...
A few things Mike helped us bought this past wekend, he even helped carrying everything up the stairs, I couldn't thanked him enough for all the things he'd done for us..

And finally we bought this bread maker as well, been wanting to buy this for so long, but didn't know which one is the best, and saw this at the base with a very satisfying price, so we gave it no second thought, and grabbed it...

And look at our first bread.. hahaha
Hubby baked this, that Saturday night itself we've tasted our first bread, hehe, it tasted super special :)

On Sunday, we've decided to go to something like a yard sales held here every year..
There's books, clothes, photo frames, table cover, curtains, toys etc etc with a very good bargain.
Mike wanted to come along, we were more than happy to have him with us..
Honestly, he's like a family member already.. :)

And... look sape yg mengade2 lagi skali.. hehe

And, Fatini yg pemalu ni pun dah tak segan2 nak join sama hehe

mmmmmm....
Tak peduli mama and papa dah...

Nampak tu !! Atas riba Mike aje wah wah wah....!!!
Mike jugak la yg lap kan hingus die hehe..

Tengok air pancut bersama hehe.. sweet tak???

Mike is so nice and kind, very2 loving when it comes to kids, that I sometimes, many times actually, made 'doa' for him, may God guide him to the right path and may he finds the love of his life and have his own children and family and live happily with God's will...
May God bless him :)

Afterwards, we took him to a nearby Kebab house, it's his first time here, he enjoyed the food so much but then again he enjoys everything.. hehe..
Just like Victor and Lily, Mike enjoys new food, and he's interested to learn our culture and everything bout Malaysia...
So we bought him a book about Malaysia hehe..

mmmmmmmm... Hubby said something bout this photo, but I couldn't tell what it is hahahaha...
But I think, hubby is a bit jealous hehehe..!!!!

Anyway, it was another great wekend, and I know I've said this many times, but last wekend was also one of the best wekend here in Deutschland hehehe
There's more to come insyaAllah..
Thank you Allah for all the wonderful things that happened and for all the wonderful people around us, they've made our journey in Deutschland the most memorable ones.. :)

Memorable Moments in Koblenz..... ---<@

This is a very delayed entry, mmmmm... up till today, i'm still not in the mood to write,
***sigh***
I was in the mood to play Korean song gegege :D
Ok, back to the story, this was last last Saturday, 3rd of Mac, we had once again gathered in Kak pah's house in Koblenz.. :)
I wrote about our 'get together' session before, HERE.
This time, it was not just for us to get together, but also to celebrate Izfa, who'd just completed her PHD here, congrats to you, dearest Izfa.. :)

There Izfa, seating next to me :)
I'll never forget that brief moment I had with Izfa where she sort of delivered an 'usrah' hehehe..
I'll never forget those encouraging words from Izfa, I know, I'll definitely miss her and really look forward to meeting her again in Malaysia later.... :)

These were all the foods :)

We've missed this, because we were late.
Sape suruh sesat jauh ke Kaiserslautern kan hehehe...
Nevertheless, no matter how far, we would still try our best to make it, these were moments not to be missed :)

The three HOT mama huehehehehe !!
From left, Yla, little danish, Siti hajar, and... ME hehe

Me and Hajar (my sifu for roti, donut and pizza making hehe)..

Memorable moment :)
I didn't take any photos there, moments were too precious that I dared not waste any of it, so I borrowed all these photos form Siti hajar hehe, and also from Kak Hani (tudung hijau)
Izinkan sy share gambar2 di sini iye :)
It had been also one of the best and enjoyable wekend for me, we had a great laughs, great time together, everything was just great.. :)

We'll definitely miss u Izfa... :)
