Trip to IKEA

On the way to IKEA, it's a long journey, it took us 3 hours++, from our doorstep to IKEA. We had to take a bus from our place to the Train station, 1 hour journey via train to Mannheim, a bigger city compared to Kaiserslautern, then we had to travel half an hour via Tramp to another bus station, and took another bus straight to IKEA.. tiresome yet awesome..

Fatini at the Train station, waiting for the train.. it was cold...

Inside the train, they had a good time, still full of energy..

Mannheim, a beautiful city, we've been here twice but still haven't had the chance to explore further..

Inside the Tramp, Afeef grew tired, he kept asking" when are we gonna reach IKEA??"
"Kalau kat M'sia kejap je dah sampai.. nape kat sini lama sgt ek?" hehehe, poor Afeef...

Fatini as usual, her composure maintained, enjoying the beautiful scenery.. and most importantly, smile fatini smile!

That's the IKEA, I snapped this photo from inside the bus, couldn't get a clearer picture, as we were always rushing.. but the building looks the same anywhere around the world I supposed..

This is the exact same tent they used to play at their grandma's home in Malaysia.. See, they adore the tent so much, and they just sat and played in there as they reminisced bout the fun they used to have with their cousins back in M'sia.. ***sigh*** i miss those moments too...

This is one of the item we bought in IKEA, i've always wanted to buy this since long time ago, but thinking of the possibility of it becoming a hiding place for the 'cicak', i changed my mind. but here, no more 'cicak'! yeay!

Pink Disney's princess vs. Spongebob blankets.. they were buried inside these blankets, sound asleep, exhausted from the long trip to IKEA..

Special Breakfast...

Why is it so special??? Three reasons, 1st it's roti canai and curry, 2nd it was prepared by my beloved hubby, 3rd it was the tastiest curry i've ever tasted so far in Germany.. I must give credits to him coz he did cook a tasty curry which was so compatible with the crunchy roti canai.. yummy yummy..

The kids enjoyed the meal as well, it's a plate licking good!

Or perhaps, i'm just craving for roti canai and curry.. thats why it tasted so damn good! heheh..

Flu

It's getting colder and colder and gloomier each day, how I miss summer only God knows... no matter how unwelcome winter is, it will still makes its visit without hesitation.. everyone is down with flu here except Aleena, Subhanallah, she's the smallest but yet the strongest...

Macam macam la fatini nih...

This is what we had for breakfast, Fatini has had her 1st slice and as usual what she'd left for me to munch on is what she assumed to be 'tulang die', but she didn't say 'tulang' this time, instead she says 'kayu'... funny how she says it "mama, pizza ni ade kayu.." I must admit that this 'kayu' part of the pizza is a bit too hard (poor girl).. but the topping tastes great!...

That's the 'kayu'..

Fatini's new Dolls!

Lets see how long these dolls can last with their clothes on.. hehehe.. These dolls are special, not only that they are Disney's Princesses, I'm sure everyone is aware of that, but they were only 5euro each. The cheapest yet high quality plastic sort-of barbie doll.. There were also Snow white and Belle form Beauty and The Beast. I bought the pink one (from Sleeping Beauty) first, thought it could be made from low quality plastic, coz the price was so cheap. Then, we bought another two (Cinderella and Mermaid) once we realized of its quality. I tried looking for Snow White and Belle as well, but unfortunately they've been sold out. Looks like i'm the one into these dolls rather than Fatini herself hehehe... but it's ok, what could happen to these dolls is fearsome to behold.. hehe.. the more she has, the more disaster there will be kih kih.. already she had put on an additional make-up on the mermaid's face...
you don't have to look closely to notice this.. just check it out!

"Fatini make-up kan mermaid je..."
