My FiRsT TiRaMiSu !!

Ok, experiment pertama, ialah Tiramisu desperado, turned out to be......

 mak aiiii sedap la pulak, rasa cam kek choc moist kat SECRET RECIPE ! 

Bole caye ke? 

hehe tak caya cuba try buat.. 

Budak2 ni hentam makan setalam, satu hari habis licin..

Cerita nye begini, teringin giller nak makan Tiramisu, tapi malas nak wat sponge cake, carik yg instant pulak, susah nye la nak carik yg halal yet lembut berspan.. ade dengar kawan cakap pasal biskut tiramisu, tapi malas nak carik hehehe..

So last2, buat suka hati guna cake choc moist heheh..

Bila dah lapis ngan cream bagai, perggghhh sedap...

Experiment ke 2;

Tapi rasa tak puas hati sebab belum rasa Tiramisu sebenar, so merajinkan diri pegi carik Biskut Tiramisu ni tu pun sebab cik Zinnirah dah bagitau tempat specific nak carik biskut nih ngeh ngeh..

So, jumpa and cuba lah dengan jayanya, celup2 biskut tu dalam air nescafe, tapi rasa ade kureng jugak, bile guna biskut ni, jadi berair sket, so nak tak nak, wekend nanti I kena bake jugak la sponge cake nampak nye.. 

Ape pun, rupa ade sket pathetic, tapi rasa nye superb jugak, best and puas hati :)  

Dah dekat setalam mama makan sorang hehe.. budak2 x suka pulak sebab ade rasa kopi..

So next week kena la wat aktiviti bakar kalori hehe..

Kalau dah buruk tu tetap la buruk, senget kan kamera ke ape ke, tetap rupa nye camtu ;D

LAPORAN TIRAMISU SIAP !!

Ok, sape2 nak cuba, ini recipe nye :)

Kalau nak wat ngan kek coklat moist, kena buat dulu cake choc moist nye;

Ingredients:

~~ 2 Cups wheat flour

~~ 1 and a half cup of sugar

~~ 3/4 Cup cocoa powder

~~ 2 eggs

~~ 2 Tspnful baking soda

~~ 1 Tspnful baking powder

~~ 1 Tspnful salts

~~ 1 cup Milk

~~ 1 cup Vege Oil

~~ 1 Tspnfull Vanilla extract

~~ 1 Cup of BOILING hot coffee or 1 cup Boiling water.

Mix all ingredients together and lastly add hot coffee or water.  

Bake over medium heat for about 1 hour.

Siap!

Untuk cream nye;

Ingredients: 

~~ 1 Pack cream cheese bout 175 gm.

~~ 1 box Whipping Cream, 200 ml.

~~ 1/2 Cup of Sugar

~~ 1 Tspnfull Vanilla Extract.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla using a mixer. Then add Whipping cream. Mix again at low speed until fluffy. Ready to be used :)

Kalau guna cake coklat moist, x payah lembap kan kek dengan air nescafe, terus potong kek beberapa lapis, then layer kan dengan cream cheese tadi, pastu tabur serbuk koko guna tapisan ok. Ulang proses melapis sampai siap and then masuk kan kek ke dalam fridge. Biar sampai sejam or dua jam, then bole la makan. Serius sedap !! 

Kalau guna spongecake, kena jugak potong kek beberapa lapis, tapi kena lembap kan kek tu dengan air nescafe tanpa gula. Lepas tu baru la bole mula melapis. Bole tengok SINI untuk tutorial.

It's SNOW !!!

Bukak langsir pagi ni, Waaaahhhh!!! dah ada snow... 

Eventhough this is my 3rd experience with the snow, the sight of it still gives me this amazing feeling, and always will be :)

Oh my, I'm really going to miss all this someday...

Just a thin layer of snow, insyaAllah there's gonna be more soon.. 

Everyone here is hoping for a white Christmas..

Yang tak celebrate Christmas ni pun is hoping for the same thing ngeh ngeh.. 

Tu sebab ngade2..

Ok la, enough for today, actually I wanna update bout my first trial on Tiramisu, but since there's snow today, I changed the story.. maybe later today I'll post bout Tiramisu, but believe me, it's not really something you really looked forward to, and you don't really wanna have a look at my sort of 'UGLY' Tiramisu hehehe !! 

Nevertheless, the taste that counts :)

I was watching this video yesterday, maybe most of you have watched it, hehehe as usual i'm a bit 'ketinggalan zaman', but it's ok, most importantly how it could change my life :)

Subahanallah, I was so emotionally effected by this video for two reasons;

~ I was just like Wardina when I was young, mmmm now pun still young actually hehe (tak mo ngaku dah tua)

I mean, I used to be soooooo stubborn, I mixed with the wrong people and friends, I've never listened to my mother, I believe I could lead my own life.. and I made her cry too huhu..

This was at the peak of my Zaman Jahilliyyah... huhu..

but Alhamdulillah, I've never went too far, though friends did persuade me to come with them to Discos, parties etc etc...

mmmm... maybe doa mak la tu that I couldn't bring myself to go clubbing.. :)

All these happened before I went to UIA, well UIA did contribute a lot in making me a better Muslimah :)

So don't be afraid to send your kids to Islamic school or University ok !!

~ Secondly, Ooohhh indah nya hidayah Allah.... and I've never realized until yesterday, that Allah has also granted me with Hidayah, which makes me the way I am today.... mmmm, tak la baik sangat, but striving to be one, to be a good Muslimah... InsyaAllah...

And what Wardina said bout Allah will send a great and wonderful friends around once we'd decided to be a good person, oh my, that is sooooo true...

I'm so blessed with wonderful friends around, yang mengajak pada kebaikan dan majlis ilmu, jujur dan ikhlas, yang taat menunaikan perintah Allah SWT, seperti solat dalam ape jua keadaan, dalam bas ke, train ke, shopping complex ke, tidak semudah2 meninggalkan solat dan meng qada kemudian, I'm so amazed with some of them.. Taught us on how to be a good Muslim too...

It's never too late to be a good Muslim, everyone at least once in their lives must have made mistakes, huge or small, either to Allah SWT or to human being, but it's never too late to fix it... even if some people might not really forgive you for your mistakes and still look down at your effort of trying to be a good person, just let them be...

Let them think whatever they want to think bout you or being prejudice towards you, hold your head up high, and tell yourself, Allah is always there for you and Allah will never judge you the way human beings often do...

Lastly, nak petik kata2 Siti Hajar, salah sorang kawan yg sangat sy hargai di bumi Deutschland;

"Sesungguhnya, apabila aku menasihati kamu, bukanlah bererti akulah yang terbaik dari kalangan kamu, Bukan juga yg paling soleh dari kalangan kamu, kerana aku juga pernah melampaui batas untuk diri sendiri. Bila princess jumpa daun kering...

Gaya suka ngeeeeee sambil pegang daun.. :)

Gaya baring, gaya wajib nih hehe..

Gaya tongkat dagu hehe

Gaya hip hip horayyyy pun ade !!!

Dan gaya baring lagi kat daun2 yang dah layu..

Tak pernah di buat orang hehe..

Dan adik mula pandang2...

Adik mula jeling-jeling... sambil fikir;

"mmmmm... cam best je golek2 atas daun kering nih..."

Dan adik terus tiru ngan jaya nye...

Kakak tersenyum puas sebab adik dah join !!..

Rupa2 nya bukan adik aje kena pengaruh, abang Afeef and mama pun dia ajak join main daun kering..

Layaaaann je..

Dan abang jadi mangsa...

Mangsa rela..

Kakak dan adik bekerjasama kambus abang ngan daun kering hehe...

Adik tu tengah take 5 tuh hehe..

"Apa yang penting ?!"

KiDs and AcTiViTieS...

While Afeef and klas karate dah lebih kurang sebulan berlangsung, Fatini and dance klas pulak baru saje berakhir huhu.. sedih pulak, sebab Fatini enjoy jugak kelas menari tu.. tak tau la ada sambungan nye or not, tapi yang pasti nya memang banyak kelas2 yang pelbagai kat sini.. melukis, gymnastik, ballet, muzik, etc etc...

And of coz, klas dancing ni utk sronok2 aje, tak nak la dah besar nnt nak jadi ballet dancer pulak hehehe..

So, maybe drawing klas is a good idea ! Bakat memang dah sedia ada hahaha !

Afeef at Karate klas, baju nye sampai sekarang masih belum dapat lagi..

Nampak tu, Florian pun ade, yg sebelah kiri skali barisan budak2 beruniform.

Ye la, idea kelas karate ni pun dari Victor and Lily jugak :)

Ni gambar masa awal2 haritu, kelas nye 2 kali seminggu, and semalam, mama for the first time tengok die training, wow, ramai dah budak2 nye.

Harap2 Afeef boleh bertambah tough sikit lepas blaja karate ni hehe..

Ini pulak video Fatini @ dance class, mana2 yg sempat I record dari 1st klas sampai la yg akhir. Banyak nye tak record pun sebab parents kena tunggu kat luar klas. First few days aje dibenarkan and yg last skali.. hehe.. enjoy !

Berakhirlah sudah klas Dancing Fatini...
