SeCiPuT MiNcEd MeAT...

What do we do if we have this much of minced meat?? We can make nasik goreng, pie or karipap filling, bengkang daging, cucur daging ke, etc etc.. but I decided on bistik telur plus daging.. kui kui..

I simply made this recipe up, dunno if it's the right way or not.. but the taste was great!

About a handful of minced meat..

Spongebob bowl... sila abaikan..

Beat two eggs, tangan kecik yg kuku kaler pink tu sila abaikan jugak, my assistant tuh hehe..

Assistance merangkap tukang buat sepah jugak...

Pour in about a quarter of a cup fresh milk..

Sprinkle in some white pepper and a bit of salts...

Add in the beef and mix..

Then fry..

It looks like this, and sedap di makan begitu saje.. put it aside temporarily..

Tumis half onion and 1 clove of garlic and cili api, kalau nak pedas ketuk la cili api nih..

Once garing and berbau wangi, add in blended tomato about 1 bijik.. klu x nak blend, dipotong dadu pun bole.. ikut suke suki anda.. hehe

Bile dah naik minyak camtu, ape lagi add in some water, gula and garam sesedap rase..

Pour the gravy on top of the fried beef and egg tadi.. This is the final product..

This were several disturbances while cooking..

1st: Gangguan physical

Si kecik yg bergesel2 kat kaki, sambil tangan main2 ngan stokin kat kaki mama.. terjadi sepanjang proses memasak..

2: Gangguan pendengaran bile si kecik mula menangis sbb x di layan..

3: Gangguan penglihatan

Terjadi sepanjang proses memasak, di sebabkan kesian tengok si kecik brgolek2 atas lantai yg sejuk seperti ais.. tp mama trpaksa juga selesaikan masakan dulu sbb kalau dukung nnt, x boleh letak dah.. minta bantuan assistant utk melayan adik nye tp assistant rampas pulak belon si kecik... harapkan pagar, pagar makan padi nih! ***sigh*** creating a chaos in the kitchen..

ps: impatiently waiting for a baby walker to arrive, then settle lah masalah budak kecik kesejukan bergolek atas lantai dapur fuuuhh..

Selain itu, si kecik ini juga..

Today she asked me to sing for her, so I sang but non of the songs got till the end, mid way she'd asked me to switch song.. but this one song she didn't, but..

"Hujan rintik-rintik,

Air ombak-ombak,

Mama kasi duit,

Aleena pegi skolah..."

"Aleena x bole gi skolah la, kecik lagi!" She interrupted.

"oh, ok mama nyanyi lg skali ek..."

"Hujan rintik-rintik,

"Air ombak-ombak,

"Mama kasi duit,

"Fatini pegi sekolah,

"Tiga campur tiga Fatini jawab enam,

"Cikgu kasi right..."

"Right tu ape?" she interrupted again.

"Right tu tande camni (sambil mama pun draw kat kertas tanda right tu), maksudnye fatini jawab betul soalan cikgu"

"ooooo.. kaler pink ke?"

"mmmm, kalau guna pen pink jadi pink la"

"ade gambar princess?"

I nodded.

"Tu mama wat x de princess pun."

"Cikgu je wat ade princess"

"Cikgu tu ape?"

"Cikgu ade kat skool.. kalau fatini gi skool bole blaja ngan cikgu"

"Cikgu kaler pink ke?"

"mmmmmmmmm..... cikgu pakai baju pink.. macam fatini.."

"Cikgu kasi fatini right kaler pink ade gambar princess ke?"

"iyee..." hehe

"mama nyanyi la.."

"ok.. Hujan rintik2, air ombak2..

mama kasi duit, Fatini pegi skolah..

tiga campur tiga, Fatini jawab enam,

cikgu kasi right, Fatini ba....."

"Cikgu kasi right kat Fatini kaler pink ade gmbar princess!!!"

ooooooookaaaaaaaayyyyyyy...

"Cikgu kasi right..." I didn't get to finish again..

"Mama nyanyi dr mula laaa.."

So I sang all over again..;

"Hujan rintik2, air ombak2,

Mama kasi duit Fatini pegi sekolah..."

"Pegi skool laaa..." She interrupted again!!

"Skool tu skolah la.."

"okay.. mama nyanyi la.."

So I continued... "tiga campur tiga..."

"mama nyanyi dr mula la.."

Fuuuuuuhhhhh!

"Hujan rintik2, air ombak2,

mama kasi duit, Fatini pegi skool,

Tiga campur tiga, Fatini jawab enam,

cikgu kasi right kaler pink ade gambar princess,

Fatini balik rumah..."

SaMBaL In DeUTscHLaND..

My way of making a sambal tumis, since the cili price here is quite expensive.. plus cili kering that is sold in the asian shop is waaaaayyy too pedas! but, I'm a sambal lover, cannot go a week without sambal, so I had to figure out a way.. but actually this was originally K.azi's idea of making a sambal using cili flakes from Turki shop and tomato paste. But I improvised it, instead of using tomato paste, I used the real tomatoes. And it turned out better and tastier and also healthier.. heheh

These are all the ingredients needed.. that in the bottle is the cili flakes, purchased from Turki shop.

1st of all and the usual process of sambal making is of course blending both onions and garlic. sampai hancur camtu..

Then, masukkan dlm minyak yg panas!

Haaaiiippp! Pencurik tomato nih hehe.. she loves raw tomatoes.. ok, time to blend the tomatoes, cut them to cubes..

Haaaa.. camtu and blend!

Yeaaaaaahhhhh!

Bile bawang dah garing and wangi gitu, add je blended tomatoes tadi.. cam kat bawah nih..

Comel gitu ;)

Then, kacau2 kan die and masak la sampai naik minyak!

haaa nampak tuh, naik minyak camtu, baru add cili flakes.. I used only 2 teaspoon full of cili flakes, ni pun dah pedas tau! cili dioang ni mmg pedas!

Mix thoroughly... and allow to cook until garing skit lagi..

Then, add the chicken, klu nak goreng dulu chicken pun bole, lagi sedap kan.. since i used chicken breast, frying was not necessary.. plus I was in a hurry..

Allow it to cook for a wyle before adding water.. then cam biase campur la garam and gula sesedap rase.. bole juga di tambah serai yg di ketuk and a lil bit of coconut milk (ikut sesuka hati anda!).. rase cam rendang gitu!

So, this is it!! Final product!

Rasanye sebijik cam sambal yg menggunakan 100% cili..

They played hide and seek together.. 1st was his turn to shut his eyes and count to 10, and she hid under the blanket on the bed whilst giggling. He went looking for her at the usual hiding places, like under the table, behind every doors, inside of the wardrobe etc etc and eventually overheard her giggle and noticed the bulging blanket on the bed. So he found her easily and then it was her turn to count and shut her eyes..

She counted "one, two, three, empat, sepuluh, sebelas, zwei, acht, neun, seven, eight, nine, ten" (zwei, acht, neun tuh bahase German utk 2,8,9 ye) ehehehe..

Then she opened her eyes and went looking for him.. her method of searching for a human being was to wander around the house, peeked behind the curtain, looked underneath an empty shoe box macam la afeef bole penyek kat bwh box tuh, peeked inside plastic bag hanging on the door knob macam la afeef bole kecik kan diri tibe2 heheh, peeked inside garbage bin, Afeef's school bag, toy box etc etc... as if she was looking for her missing barbie doll!

After sometimes, Afeef grew tired of waiting and made an audible noise on purpose from inside the wardrobe. By the time, she had forgotten that she was supposed to find afeef and ended up doing something else.. hahah! Sian afeef, x de rakan sebaya..!

Nevertheless, they mean the world to each other..

Even though she always bully him... ehehe...
